Rachel Schreiber and Annie West's video from 1995 studies the various ways that gender intersect with obsession. Originally commissioned for an exhibition on terrorism following the first attempts to bomb the World Trade Center, the piece asks what internal terrorism might look like? The title pays homage to Julia Kristeva's book, The Powers of Horror.
