I know I haven't added a new sims video for a while, I just haven't had the time. I did this trailer for a media project at school so I thought I might as well upload it. I cut of a bit at the end which had a list of random actor names and all that jazz you get at the end of a actual trailer.
So basically this is a trailer for a non existent movie. I'm not making a series or movie about this. Its loosely and I really do mean loosely based on a book called 'Vampirates'by Justin Somper. But I wanted to create a scary atmospheric trailer so there isnt many aspects of the book in it, for instance it focuses on Grace's journey on the Vampirate ship and doesn't mention or show Connor at all. It has a bucket load of effects and what not on it that almost killed imovie several times. I'm quite happy with the way it turned out especially the beginning with the ship sailing in the storm.
Yes the trailer is very dark; thats the point, it's supposed to be. (I remember someone commenting on the vampires will never hurt you video saying it was too dark, when the whole point of it was that it is dark and lights up when the chorus kicks in like it does on the real music video)

The music is a mixture of instrumentals from bands I like and sound effects I found in Garageband, believe it or not it took quite a while to edit the soundtrack.
