Short Film - "The Boulevard House"

This is my most recent short film I've written, directed, and produced which was shot on 16mm film in late 2007 starring Rebecca Harmony, Linda Tracey, and Dean Novotny. It's a horror comedy with an abstract, sardonic message about the current housing market disaster. Real estate agent, Angie (Rebecca Harmon) decides to visit the home of its seeming benevolent owner, Fran (Linda Tracey), who has resided in the quaint, old home for many years. Despite the impending horror of the current real estate market, Angie has possible plans to buy and renovate it as an investment property. Little does she know that what seems to be an ordinary trip to view a home will become much more than she bargained for.
