Octorber Evil

October Evil October in New England. These sleepy little towns come alive with evil during this "special" time of year. A group of friends sit down to watch a few horror films on Halloween night. Never a good idea. They begin with Stalk A short story about revenge and twisted devotion. Poor Luke the lowly farmhand loves farmer Booley's daughter, Meg. The farmer however, has different plans. He wants his daughter to end up with one of the "good" boys in town. Once Luke loses the girl... someone is pissed. Then, the guys then move on to watch Haunt Recently orphaned Tony and his 14 year old brother are sent to go live with their eccentric Uncle Frank. Frank is an old world magician who owns a haunted house and Halloween costume shop in a small town. He is recovering from the death of his beloved wife, Vincenza. Tony, suffering from bouts of anger and depression just can't adjust to working and living in this strange and macabre world of severed heads, clown masks and life size wax figurines. Shunned as an outsider by most of the local teens, he manages to find friendship with the lovely Melissa... making him an instant enemy of the high school all star, Jory. Unhappy teens, a twisted and dark haunted house, and Halloween just a few days away... surely a recipe for disaster. Before long, the evil of these two stories has found its way out of the screen and right into the friends' living room. A quiet night of DVD viewing has turned into a genuine night of October Evil.
