I couldn't resist doing something with the 2008 meme: Rick Rolling. I've seen many videos using this song, so of course I had to make a contribution to the massive stack of greatness. The videos used are Super Mario World's "Ghosts-R-Us" (main) with some parts of Super Mario Bros. 3 "Oh Brother". The song (as we all know) is Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up". Fear the wrath of this video! This is my second "official" youtube poop (third overall poop), even though I wish I could of made it a little more random. Meh, I tried. I'm still new at this.
It was made with Windows Movie Maker (again, it's the only program I have) and took...I have to say 3 hours this time. It was still loads of fun to make. The video clips I got from YoshiArt (great site for Yoshi fans).
This is episode two of my collection of "musical performances gone wrong". Notice how this doesn't flow with the first one I made...who cares! The collection is not supposed to be a flow, just random videos with some sort of story plot.
STORY SUMMARY: Yoshi and Oogtar fly around a forest to find their kidnapped buddies. They enter this warp pipe which takes them directly to Wizard Heimer himself! Wizard Heimer plays a record which rick rolls the Mario cast. This causes Oogtar to sing the song and the others to fear him (as well as Mario, Luigi, and Peach get thrown in the dungeon somehow). As Oogtar is singing, Wizard Heimer captures him as well. It's up to Yoshi to save the day and end the madness. Yoshi enters the house his friends are in and burps, causing the record to explode. Wizard Heimer loses his powers and is KOed by Mario. Oogtar runs into the door, finds the magic key to leave, and the magic almost hits Yoshi instead. Yoshi gets angry and feeds Oogtar to the piranha plants. The rest of the crew is happy, that is until Yoshi sings part of the song himself (with Oogtar). Oogtar gets mad and chases Yoshi. Not only that, but Oogtar makes a stupid short clip with Yoshi using the song. Oogtar apologizes and the gang just laughs it off.
